Just words

We don't have any new pictures of our new walker or his big sister for that matter. He really hasn't walked much since his haircut. I think he's waiting for his favorite two aunts to come to town and buy him a Blizzard.
Since we don't have any new pictures to post, at least right now, we will make an attempt to entertain you with some of the fun things three year-olds say. Like at that quiet moment during mass, just after communion when the priest sits down, just before the final blessing, when the cutest three year-old ever, sitting very near you in your pew says in a rather loud whisper, "Mom, is it over now!" Apparently the passion is just a little too long for a three year-olds attention span.
In other entertaining verbage from a certain curly-haired three year-old...we were getting ready for our day trip to Michigan yesterday to visit the "cabinet museum" a.k.a. the Merillat cabinet showroom in Adrian and to pick up Dad's newest toy, his Skybox from REI, Dad was in the shower. To expedite our preparations, Mom called Natalie into the very same bathroom Dad was showering in to run a comb through her rats nest of curls. As we were finishing up our grooming, Dad turned off the shower and grabbed his towl. As he was preparing to step out of the tub, he asked Natalie to leave saying, "Can you please give me some privacy?" Natalie, being the wonderfully compliant young lady that she is, told her Dad, "Just a minute, I'll get you one." and immediately began rummaging under the sink. In a fit of laughter, Mom had to leave the room at this point as she knew exactly what twist of vocabulary this little cutie was rummaging for. As she emerged from under the sink, Dad figured out why Mom was holding her belly and rolling on the floor, Natalie had been searching for a tampon, which she mistakenly thinks is a suppository which she thinks is the same thing as privacy. Anyway, after we all wiped our eyes and got dressed, we spent a very busy day driving around Michigan and doing a little shopping.
Anyway, we will try to post some pictures one of these days. Our kids are too quick to catch on camera doing cute things or we're just too slow with the camera.
