Due to our current state of home dis-repair, we are still trying to get our dishwasher back in as it has been out since March, we have not taken many pictures lately. Here are a few of the better pics of our activities of late.
Here is Oliver after a tasty treat from the DQ. I'm not sure this picture does justice to the lovely chocolate mustache he was sporting that evening.
Here he is again looking quite cute in his new summer jammies.
Here is a quick progress update from Thursday last week. Kevin pulled up the carpet while Mom and the kids took a walk. Then after the kids went to bed, Mom and Dad pulled up the tack strips and the staples, so this was the finished project at the end of the night. Natalie didn't buy it that this was our new floor, although both Mom and Dad agreed it would be easily replacable and not bad on the spill clean-up chart.
Here is our finished work on Friday evening, after the storms blew through and we had to take a short break to take shelter in the basement. Natalie also didn't buy the red, paper flooring as our new floor, although it is also great for spill clean-up and very easily replacable.
So, after all of this work, we were all very worn out. Unfortunately, we all had a rough night Sunday night and Dad got kick out of his bed. The only one that made it through the night in his or her own bed was Mom, but then again, she was up between 1 and 2:30 with a grumpy, kicking little man and again at four when he was kicked out of Mom's bed and Sleeping Beauty took his place. Mom really wasn't sure about posting this picture of her in her jammies, but she did think it was quite interesting that both she and Natalie woke up in the same position.
