Oliver has a thing for shoes, particulary those that do not belong to him. Being a good big sister, Natalie enjoys doing just about anything Oliver does that gets attention. (Incidentally, Oliver does the same with Natalie. It's monkey see, monkey do at our house.)
Dad is very concerned about Oliver's attraction to feminine items-Mom's shoes, Natalie's hair pretties, pink sun glasses, etc.
Like I said, Natalie will do anything Oliver is doing to get attention. He actually had the slippers on the other day.
These are Mom's too, but at least they are not too girly.

He doesn't discriminate against Dad's shoes either. He just generally prefers Mom's. Maybe they're easier to walk in.
