Labor Day weekend only means one thing at the Seibert house. The ACD Festival in Auburn,IN. This was Oliver's first year to go with the Guys (Grandpa and Dad) to look at cars. We sent the girls to the quilt show at the school.

Grandpa and Oliver check out the shiny Duesenburg.
And some were plain. One of their advertising themes were "Get Dad in to look at the boat tail speedster and sell him a sedan." Between the show at the park and the parade, there was a 5k Elizabeth and I ran in. Mom won the women's division and Dad beat the guy with a mop top and running in orange basketball shorts that looked like caprees. We are so proud of Mom.
So after the 5k, there was a parade of all the cars. It was the longest parade ever. The cars are old so they over heat easily, so a batch of 3 cars would go by every 4 minutes.
Oliver and Tessa wait for some cars.
We left our spot on the parade before it was over and walked downtown to the courthouse where all the cars were being parked. Oliver and Tessa made it about 1 block before they were asleep.

This guy had matching versions of all his Cords and they were all painted alike.
They were all dark blue and dark grey with a lot of chrome.

The cars circled the courthouse and some of the side streets after the parade.
On a side note, Tessa is working with a spoon now. What a mess.
