We tried to keep busy today and stay inside. It wasn't too warm, but very dusty. We started our day by unloading Mom's box stash from her trunk. She's been saving them up for an hour or so of quiet time.
Everyone laid claim to a stash and started building.
Tessa contemplating what to do next.
I think this was on Tessa's creation somewhere.
In the midst of the chaos I found a couple of pics from the art gallery that was created this weekend. This is Oliver's limo he made with stencils.
And this is a sail boat also by Oliver.
This is Madalyn's finished product- a rocket.
We got out the board books again and Tessa sat down and read them all.
We also got out the play table. C isn't quite steady enough on her feet to go it alone, but seemed to enjoy checking it out.
Then she read some of her "new" books.
The construction action was out front this afternoon. Oliver spent a few minutes on our bed keeping an eye on things.
The big diggers at work.
And the dump truck.
Oliver insisted on feeding C her dinner.
Some of it actually did wind up in her mouth.
We capped off our evening with a quick trip to the park. C really enjoyed swinging.
This past weekend we found this super cute costume at a garage sale. We got it washed and had to try it out.
One of the kids said she looked like a pregnant woman. I just think she's looks super cute, but I'm biased.
